Love this stuff, I’m a recent convert to using second skin on my tattoos as it makes the whole process much easier. No making mess on bed sheets, no getting clothing fibres stuck in it, healing is a doddle. I’ve used second skin given to me by my tattoo artist before, so I already know what to expect. For newbies to second skin, here’s a few tips about it and this product: If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn’t use it. I don’t really understand why there are so many negative reviews about this, even my tattoo artist wouldn’t use second skin on anyone with sensitive skin or skin issues. Remove the second skin in the shower. This will help it come off. This product isn’t to be used for protecting your tattoo in the shower (showering with a fresh tattoo is absolutely fine - you can get a fresh tattoo wet, just not soaked like in a bathtub or a pool). Try and peel in the direction of your hair growth. Cut the second skin to size, leaving a slight border to your own tattoo. Peel the white part away and stick to your skin (take care to not touch the sticky part as best as possible) once it’s on your skin, carefully peel the top layer off - this is the layer that says “do not reuse”

Well! Can’t praise this product enough! I fell over and grazed my leg badly! , and realised I was going to have to give up my hot tub evening the next night ! So looked on Amazon and this product was delivered the very next day and in time for hot tub evening! 🙌 so now you have to realise my hot tub is set to 39! That’s as hot as it will go! So I popped it on and got in! Well that plaster did not budge! And stayed dry even though I sat there for an hour! So anyone out there that doesn’t want to miss out after an injury or operation this product works! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve only used this product twice, once for 15 minutes so that I could take a shower (this was 2 days after I’d had the tattoo) and I removed it straight afterwards. The second time I used it was 3 days post tattoo. I left it on for 24 hours, and when I removed it after my morning shower there was a perfect image of my tattoo on it (is this normal?) I have now developed a rash on the site which is quite sore and can only attribute to this product, which is a shame as it seemed to work really well.

Great product idea, and you get a fair amount to which is great, price is good, I just find it irritates my skin and also a few people I know have tried some of mine and it’s irritated them to, leaves bright red lines where it’s been stuck on , not shower proof either like it states, it either fills up with water creating a bubble like sack or it just gets wet and ends up peeling off. Best used for small tattoos

This works absolutely amazing people complaining about skin going red when they have it on are seriously needing a head wobble!! You have just had hundreds of needle pricks in your skin of course it’s going to go red but it will ease off not the products fault at all!! It sticks perfectly and I’m a sweaty human being, and I am super happy with it and how it works EDIT: I had it on for 3 days red went down not once did it irritate my skin nore did it peel off or leak!!! It was stuck fast to my skin and kept a nice seal, clearly people aren’t doing it right if they’re having issues and pathetic for leaving bad reviews when it’s clearly user issue not item
